Sun Alliance House was a refurbished development that required a whole new electrical installation. An office to the residential conversation to create 81 new flats over 6 storeys. With the current 1 Billion pound regeneration scheme at work within Bolton City Centre, TheSun Alliance house is at the heart of this area. Whilst facing the local landmark NelsonSquare, this property is just the start of more regeneration plans to come. This scheme was completed to a high standard, as the regeneration works will be increasing job roles and local traction to come to visit this city.
