St. Peters House, a former NHS building located in the heart of Bolton Town Centre, was acquired by our client for full commercial redevelopment. Pulse Electrix was contracted to support the electrical installation for the conversion of the three-storey property into modern office suites.

The refurbished space now features a mix of tailored private offices, co-working areas, fully serviced suites, a kitchen with spacious breakout areas, private booths, and conference rooms. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure the electrical infrastructure met the demands of a flexible, high-occupancy workspace.
