The landmark old bank building based in the centre of Sale was partially sold to create Bank Apartments. The building consists of 4 beautifully converted bespoke apartments. It was important for the client that the conversion kept in with the property’s history and featured exposed beams to many of the ceilings whilst also providing a well-configured and contemporary feel for the new tenants. Each apartment has been converted to a very high standard throughout including the hallway, stairs and landing. With fitted appliances and contemporary German kitchen units and the bathrooms are finished with Italian tiling. Refurbished sash windows compliment the history of the building along with brass door and window furniture.
