King Street

King Street, Stretford

Pulse Electrix carried out the full electrical installation for the restoration of a historic building formerly home to the Stretford Conservative Club. This character-rich property was transformed into 13 luxury apartments spread over three floors, comprising ten one-bedroom and three two-bedroom units. As part of the development, a dedicated plant room was installed to house the main electrical switchgear, supporting all essential services. High risers were also fitted on each floor to efficiently distribute power throughout the building, aligning with the developer’s vision of combining heritage charm with modern living standards.
