This project, carried out for a leading national housebuilder, features a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom detached homes, each complete with private garages. With 11 unique house types across the site, each requiring its own tailored specification, our team provided a flexible and precise approach to ensure all electrical systems were installed to the highest standards and fully compliant with individual design requirements.

Holbeck Park is 133 New build residential development for Gleeson Homes. This is located less than 1-mile from Burnleytown centre and compromises of 2,3,4 bedroom detached houses with garages.Thereare11 different house types throughout this development, in which each individual house type required a different specification to follow. When the development grows, Pulse would be given their next plot number in advance of the principle contractors completion in order to retrieve all materials necessary for that house type
