The Shakespeare Centre is one of the largest office complexes in Southport. Initially, another electrical contractor had been appointed to carry out an EICR report and advised the client that a full rewire was necessary. Unsure about the findings, the client contacted Pulse Electrix for a second opinion. After conducting a thorough retest of the building, our team confirmed that a full rewire was not required. It was discovered that the previous report contained inaccurate results and misleading information.

While some remedial works were needed to ensure electrical safety, these were far less extensive than originally stated.
